All orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping charges for all orders are calculated and shown during checkout. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. A shipment confirmation email is sent to the email provided during checkout, it'll contain tracking information once an order has been shipped.*

Please allow 2-5 business days after orders have been shipped for delivery.

Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, this can delay orders by a few days. Affected orders will receive a notification about the delay via the Email provided during checkout.

We strongly encourage to be very careful during checkout while providing shipping information. If an incorrect shipping address is provided Glamaris is not responsible for any lost packages if we are not notified immediately via Email or Instagram DM.

Billing discrepancy (different zip codes for shipping and billing) may result in delays.

Glamaris is not liable for any products that are lost, stolen, or have been marked as delivered.

If an order is damaged once received, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately via Email or Instagram DM.

We only exchange items that are damaged when received. All sales are final and non-refundable.


* - Orders that contain a Pre-Order item will not receive tracking information for 2-4 weeks. Pre-Order items are suggested to be purchased separately from other non Pre-Order merchandise. Please allow 3-5 weeks to receive a Pre-Order item.
